Assignment 2- Abstraction

This assignment we only have 1 week to finish. At first, I did not know that and I was so lazy to check the schedule. So I thought I had 2 or more weeks to go. :P

Consequently, on the Tuesday's night before my tutorial ( Wed, 10-12) I had to rush to do it. Luckily, I have already chosen what to draw, so it did not take me much time like the first one, only 4 hours. However I had to go to YIH to print the design on Wed's morning before the tutorial. The bus was so crowded, there was also traffic jam so I came to class late. Mr Alfred Low, I am terribly sorry for that. I promise this wont happen again. Believe me :D... By the way I think he was so cool to bring the snack to class and share with us ( or someone else did bring, I'm not so sure about it  :"> )

This time I choose the Fountain of Wealth as my design. In my country there is no such big fountain like this one. I like it design too, as I read in Wikipedia, "In the design plan of Suntec City, where the five tower blocks represent the fingers and thumb of a left hand emerging from the ground, the fountain forms the palm of the hand". So interesting! :">

Actually I do not know many places in Singapore, though I've stayed here for more than 1 year. I just stayed home for all the semester mugging, on holiday I return to Viet Nam so I did not have much time to discover the Uniquely Singapore. I knew some places such as China Town, Vivo city, Suntec city, Golden Mile complex, East coast park, Raffles Place ect but I did not know Singapore had such a beautiful bridge like the Henderson bridge and beautiful supreme court :) My friend told me the Singapore government gave me scholarship to study here but I did not know anything about this country, which made me so ashamed of myself. In the future I'll try my best to visit all the places of interest in Singapore :D.

This is only the initial design of the Fountain of  Wealth. I think before I submit the portfolio, I'll check all the assignment again, make some change to make them better :)
